At MBA's request, DelDOT has agreed to move Errett Road's crosswalk to south side of intersection when they repave the highway this spring.
Note the stakes in the median at the left side of photo.
DelDOT is building walkways across the grassy median.
My feeling is they relocated this walkway too far south.
But it hasn't actually been built yet, so there's still time to tweak.

MBA property line is about even with faded parking stripe just left of silver car.
Area with 2 unused parking bumpers is MBA's.
The low brush is partially on Seaside Village property, partially on MBA property, and mostly on DelDOT property.
A pedestrian walkway of some sort should be built to allow pedestrians to walk to the RIGHT (south) side of the Stop sign.

This small set of warning flags indicates where DelDOT is about to build a paved crossing at Addy Road.
This crossing will be in the same location as the existing painted walkway. |

South Bethany used to have walkways made of paver stones, but these were removed this fall.
DelDOT is building walkways as part of the Route 1 repaving project.
This crossing (near Sandpiper Village entrance) shows the base for one of the new walkways.
Reportedly, they will be painted to look like brick.
