"There are difficulties with traffic flow at this location because there is no channelization of the traffic to help guide motorists in and out of the parking lots. I have provided some suggestions in the attached file. I believe traffic flow can be improved by signage and pavement markings. I also address your concerns in the median by proposing a centerline and stop bars. As we discussed, Bridge Road is not a state maintained road. DelDOT can take care of the median pavement markings and the markings for the right turn lane."
