THE MIDDLESEX BEACH ASSOCIATION 2004 NOMINATING COMMITTEE |

Mr. President and fellow Middlesex Beach Association Members, As provided for in the By-Laws of the Middlesex Beach Association, the Board of Directors shall consist of eight individuals, plus a past president. The By-Laws also provide that, each year, the membership shall elect four Directors to serve for a term of two years. This year, 2004, the terms of Sharon Adams, Bob Mason, Joe Reardon and Gertrude Pruckmayr expire. Sharon Adams has agreed to be nominated for an additional two-year term. Additionally, Bob Aberbach, Michael Ambrose, Lindy Cohee, Dan Lyons and Bob Wood have agreed to be nominated for a two-year term as Board members. Mr. President, the Nominating Committee places into nomination Bob Aberbach, Sharon Adams, Michael Ambrose, Lindy Cohee, Dan Lyons and Bob Wood to serve a two-year term as members of the Middlesex Beach Association Board of Directors.
