MBA Highway Gates Areas Areas under discussion for beautification work include the areas around each highway gate. This year, in conjunction with recent fence work at Evergreen Road plans are under development for plantings on both sides of the fence in this area. Prior to the fence work, there was essentially nothing in this area, except for the tree stump remanant of an evergreen that died a few years ago. Items under consideration include paver walkways on the community side between the end of the asphalt and the gate. DelDOT regulations will restrict the nature of the plantings and walkway work on the highway side. In subsequent years work would be done on the remaining 3 gate areas at E. Addy, E. Errett and E. Bayberry Roads. |
