ABOVE: after installation of plantings by Lord's Landscaping in late August 2005 The West end of Addy Road had been blocked off from Pine Road by several evergreen trees that were growing right under the powerlines. After these were removed by Conectiv in January 2005, the opening needed to be closed off again. The Community Facilities Committee worked with adjacent homwowners to install fencing, and with Lord's Landscaping to design and install the plantings. Adjacent property owners have agreed to take responsibility for routine maintenance as needed, including weeding, mulching and watering. BELOW: Fencepost adjacent 1 Addy not yet in place; fence rail needs to be less than the stock 11' length. Middle rail sections are merely resting in place.
