This photo from the east side of Rt. 1.
At MBA's request, DelDOT has agreed to move crosswalk to south side of intersection when they repave highway this spring.
Note the stakes in the median at the left side of photo.
DelDOT is building walkways across the grassy median.
My feeling is that they relocated this walkway too far south.
But it hasn't actually been built yet.

MBA property line is about even with faded parking stripe just left of silver car.
Area with 2 unused parking bumpers is MBA's.
The low brush is partially on Seaside Village property, partially on MBA property, and mostly on DelDOT property.
A pedestrian walkway of some sort should be created to allow pedestrians to walk to the RIGHT (south) side of the Stop sign.
Branch trimming may be necessary on the east side of the highway.
