Center for Inland Bays project to create retention basins to reduce the amount of pollutants that reach the SB canals, and the Assawoman Bay.
The areas that aren't mulched have been planted with grass seed, although some might have washed away during Saturday's storm.
Ground plantings will be installed this coming spring.
