Beach is pretty much submerged and Hurrican Bill's full effects won't be here until this evening...
(below) Tidal Pool drain roughly at E. Bayberry Road that swallowed up a lifeguard stand (rescued shortly thereafter only slightly damaged). No similar drain can be seen in South Bethany or Sea Colony, so this is draining about 1 mile of beach.
